The CHS Agent will assist the Client with the managing (planning, organizing, leading and controlling) health and safety on the construction project.

The CHSM will evaluate the levels of compliance of subcontractors to the OH&S plan and client specifications of the project. Oversee the reporting and investigation of project related incidents. Oversee the maintenance of all records.

The CHSO will facilitate site Health & Safety meetings. Conduct site specific HIRA, inspections and maintain communication structure throughout the project and ensure contractor compliance.

A team of highly trained Incident Investigators will lead and facilitate an investigation through identifying the multiple root causes of an event. They well also assist with the prompt reporting, recording and investigation of all work related to incident to effectively implement corrective, preventative and follow-up measures in order to prevent re-occurrence.

We will assist to formally establish the processes and procedures to protect employees, core business elements, critical processes, information systems and the environment in the event of an emergency, business disruption, or disaster and ensuring some form of business continuity.
